Terms and conditions:

Stay must cover a period of at least 4 weeks. The first 4 weeks' rent will be taken when the booking is confirmed (this is non-refundable) and any remainder will be due on check-in.

• 5% Off 5-27 Nights for booking direct, either over phone or on website.
• 10% Off 28-55 Nights for long stay, either over phone or on website.
• 15% Off 56-84 Nights for long stay, either over phone or on website.
• 20% Off 84 Nights or more for long stay, either over phone or on website
