Our standard rates are based on a weekly payment system. When you book, the first week is your non-refundable deposit, which turns into your first week of rent. Rent is then charged every 7 days after your arrival.

If you are looking to stay longer, we can offer a 10% discount on rooms for people staying 4 weeks or more. To benefit from this offer, you pay for the first 28 nights upfront as the non-refundable deposit, which becomes your first 4 weeks of rent. Rent is then charged every 28 days after your arrival.
Student Discount on Clifton Short Lets
If you are a student, and staying more than 90 consecutive days, we can offer a 30% discount to the room. To receive this offer, you must be able to show a valid student ID for the duration of your stay.
