How can I book a room?
You can book online via our website. You can also send us an email enquiry or give us a call on 0117 923 7947 to make a booking over the phone.
What do I need to provide for the booking?
For all of our bookings, we ask you to pre-authorise your card via the online form provided during the booking process in case of any damages.
For bookings over 7 nights, you will also have to sign a License to Occupy Agreement and provide your ID.
Do I have to pay a deposit in addition to rent?
No, the first month of your rent already acts as a deposit and is non-refundable. So there is nothing extra to pay on top!
How do I get in touch?
How do I check in?
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email from us with check in information, provided we have received all of your documents. This will include a front door code to access the building and another code to access your room. We have a keyless system so all access will be via these codes.
This is a self check in so there won’t be anyone to welcome you, but if you have any issues, our team can help you online.
Do you have parking?
Unfortunately parking is not included in our accommodation, but our team can give you some recommendations for arranging parking locally.
Are towels included?
Towels are not included but you are welcome to purchase a towel package for £6 ahead of your arrival.
Are toiletries included?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide toiletries.
Can I have an early check in?
You are welcome to request an early check in for £8.00 which would allow you to check in from 12 pm.
Please note early check in requests have to be arranged ahead of your stay to ensure availability.
Can I have a late check out?
You are welcome to request a late check out for £8.00 which would allow you to check out at 12 pm.
Please note late check out requests have to be arranged ahead of your stay to ensure availability.
Do you have student discount?
We can offer a 30% discount for students. This is applicable for bookings over 75 nights. Get in touch with our team to find out more.
Do you have student-only buildings?
No, our buildings are a mix between professionals and students.
What other discounts do you have?

Do you have en-suites?
We have 2 en-suites available across our buildings. However, these are usually booked up so please get in touch in advance to ensure these are available.
Can you store luggage?
Unfortunately no, but we recommend Stasher, a company in Bristol who are able to store luggage for you.
Can I book a room for a couple?
Yes, we do have rooms suitable for 2 people. These are large double rooms, private kitchenettes and en-suites.
Can I bring children?
No, our guests must be 18 years or older in order to stay.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not permitted in any of our buildings.
