How many people share the bathrooms?
The bathrooms are shared between 2 and 4 rooms, unless you choose to book the superior en-suite room.
Can I get a discount for a longer stay?
We can offer a long-stay discount for stays of 28 nights or more, subject to an upfront deposit payment at the time of booking. For more information, visit our Long Term Discount page.
Do I need to bring bedding and towels or are they included?
All bedding and linens are included for the length of your stay, and you can hire fresh linens from us at any point during your stay for a cost of £10. Towels can also be hired for £4 for the entirety of your stay.
Do you accept students?
Yes, we welcome students to our accommodation! Many of our current tenants are students at the universities in and around Bristol, and we can offer tenancies of varying lengths. We also offer a discount for students - find out more here.
Do you allow children in the accommodation?
No, under 18s aren't allowed in our shared houses.
Who is responsible for cleaning the property?
We have a professional housekeeping team who visit the properties once every week to clean them for you. Between these cleans, it is the responsibility of the tenants to keep the properties clean and tidy.
What is the best way to get in contact?

Who will I be sharing a house with?
We accommodate a variety of guests in our shared houses: students, travellers, academics and professionals are all welcome to stay. Some guests stay for a week, whilst some guests have loved our houses so much that they have stayed for over a year! We can discuss tenancies of any length if you are interested.
Which bills are included in the price?
Our prices include all bills: gas, water, electricity, wifi and council tax in full.
Are tenants allowed to smoke in the property?
No, smoking is prohibited inside the premises, but we have ashtrays available outside the houses for current guests to use if they wish to smoke outside or in the gardens.
