Clifton Short Lets Response to Coronavirus (Covid-19)
As always the safety and health of all our visitors and staff is our main priority and the uncertainty around the coronavirus has brought this to the fore.
We would like to assure you that we are closely monitoring official guidance from the World Health Organisation, Public Health England, UK Government, and local public health authorities daily. Our policy will be updated should any advice from these sources change.
We have taken steps to promote the highest standards of hygiene across all our hotels and restaurants. Staff policy is that hands are to be washed for at least 20 seconds on arrival at each new venue and regularly throughout the day.
Our housekeeping team are continuing to carry out regular duties of a weekly deep clean and a daily tidy up. We have implemented leaving a bottle of spray sanitiser in each communal kitchen. Please do not stockpile toilet roll or soap we have provided in your rooms, we have plenty in stock and are at no risk of running out.
Please avoid coming into our office where possible. A reminder that we can take payments over the phone, or via bank transfer
Should you find you are unable to stay with us, our cancellation policy is as follows: non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable and your notice period remains as per your contract.
If you are advised to self-isolate, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can advise you on how best to do this within Clifton Short Lets.
We understand this is a stressful time, particularly for those of you who are not originally from the UK, so if you have any questions or need any help, please contact us over the phone or via our website.
