The Best of Bristol's Markets

Street markets are quickly becoming the go to destination for a casual weekend. Whether you are curing a self induced sore head or just feel like you need to get out of the classic weekend netflix binge, heading down to your local market seems to be the thing to do. With that in mind we have put together a list of Bristol's finest that we think you should definitely check out!

Tobacco Factory

Every Sunday from 10am – 2pm pop down to the Tobacco Factory to sample a selected range of local produce, including a variety of cakes and breads. The market prides itself on being eco-friendly, fair trade and ethical, making it the ideal feel good Sunday outing.

St Nicholas Market

It just wouldn’t be right to talk about the markets of Bristol without mentioning St Nick's. Set inside the historical architecture that makes up the Corn Exchange, St Nicks is Bristol's oldest market, making it one of Bristol's top attractions.  With over 50 stalls offering a wide variety of food and goods this one is not to be missed!

Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5pm.

Temple Quay Market

Every Thursday from 12pm – 2pm surrender yourself to the Temple Quay street food market. Offering a huge range of both savory and sweet it’s the perfect place to head to for a little lunchtime treat after a long week. Our personal favourite being The Big O Donut Co…I think you can guess what they sell!

Whiteladies Road Farmers Market

Saturday 8.30am – 2pm

If you want to learn more about where your local produce comes from then pop down to the Whiteladies Road Farmers Market. This market was set up in order to provide a sales outlet for local producers and to create a regular community event focused on sustainability. Chat to the traders, meet up with friends and support the local trade.

Bristol Bazaar

This market is a little different to the rest, but we love it all the same. A new traveling market with the idea to take Bristol’s finest designers and makers to all sorts of locations across the country. Your next chance to see the market pop up is Loves Saves the Day in May. We’ll see you there to discover more about this intriguing concept.
